Please help Us We had a new roof put on about a month ago and from the day after they had finished, we had a problem with our ridge venting being crooked on top of the roof, we started that day calling them to come back and fix it right, since then we have been promised they would be here and then they never come or call, we call again and again and leave messages with no one ever calling us back. Now we have found out that they never pulled a permit to do the work, as the county can not do a final inspection as a permit was never pulled. My Question is how and who do I get in contact with to get help in getting this roofing company in trouble or to get them to fix our roof that we paid almost $10,000.00 to have done. Thank you for in help we can get. We live in Tampa Florida.
