Question

Gap between neighbours roof an ours

We are a mid terrace house and both neighrs have their roofs done, so have done ours also.But the roof to the left of ours has small gap about inch or more between our tiles and theirs.So we where going to put half round ridge tile down the side on front and back to go over the gap but the neighbour does not that.any suggestions
