Flat Roofing

I need to know the names of the materials for a flat roof that consists of the cold tar 5 gallon buckets. The type of cloth over the cold tar, and the UV white coating. It's been over 10 years and I am trying to repair my grandfathers business roof. If anyone could help me out with the name of these items it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Karnak #19 Ultra Flashing Cement,cotton/fiberglass Membrane,elastomeric Roof Coating(ie;solar Shield,mulehide,etc.)
