Flashing replacement question

I don't have photos of roof other than the reports which are in PDF. I plan to go up on roof just to look around and take some photos. And can post them here then.

On a side note, is it ok to ask home and roof inspectors for the digital photos in the report (to get the full size)? I've never done that and don't know if they'd oblige. It's been a month since they looked at the house.

Be nice if there was someone in my area who could help provide cost estimates and roofer referrals/recommendations. I only have Yelp to go by for now, or Angies List if I want to pay.

Haven't gotten chance to get up on good ladder and/or up on roof to take good pics, but got a few for now, more from a lower angle than on rooftop
