Flashing, Fascia, and Flat Roofs

I have a question I hope someone can answer.
I had to replace my fascia on my house, but in the process messed up my flashing from the roof to the fascia. Any ideas on how to repair without breaking out the tar adhesive?

Need to know what type of roof it is, a picture will get you very specific, helpful answers. As it is you are going to get 50 different answers for 15 different roofing systems. All we need is one picture of the flashing tying into the roof and the damage you did.
