flashing

How do you go about flashing a transite flue. This is what I have with a chimney liner that runs through it.

If you can provide more details it would really help.

Are you needing to add flashing on your roof?

It is about a 3/12 roof with bitumen on it right now. It comes through the roof and only has mastick around it as do many of the houses in this area with these transite flues.I want to know what is the proper way to flash this type of flue?

Is it oval shaped? We've had to make custom flashings the few times we've encountered transite flues. The ones in my area are shaped to fit through stud spaces.
