Drip edge for shed door?

I need to add a drip edge (drip cap) over the door on my shed.

I was thinking of using this (reversed of course):

or this:

Neither of these is really for mounting over a door, but both look like they might work. The first one would be mounted opposite to how it is on a roof edge (the long side on the wall). The second one is 2" so would be my preference.

Any thoughts?

Drip edge for shed door?

Need a pic to see exactly what you are trying to accomplish. If you install a drip cap how are you going to seal the wall side of the cap, because if you are just going to calk that area then it would be a better idea to remove the trim and back caulk, then run a bead of caulk on top of the trim.
