Twelve years ago I installed a epdm roof on my house - an 1870's victorian. The roof has about a 2/12 pitch and has a trough around the edge to help collect rain water. The roof works great, except where the water drains to the gutters. At those spots the water leaks into the attic below the drain. When we installed the roof we turned epdm pipe boots upside down, and glued the epdm over the boot. The "spout side" of the boot enters 4 inch PVC pipe going to a collection box and gutter on the side of the roof. To spot the leak I've used epdm spicing tape, caulk, uncured rubber to seal and patch. I've succeeded in stopping the leak in 1 of three drains. I'm out of ideas. Can you help?
