Dibiten cool roofing vs. Certainteed "self-adhered" roof

Dear all:

Just curious, how would you compare these two systems: (1) Dibiten APP modified bitumen Membrane (Poly/4) then top with a coat of reflective coating on its surface (cool roofing), versus (2) Self-Adhered "Certainteed" Flintlastic SA PlyBase then top with another layer of Flintlastic SA Cap (granule-surface).. Thoughts or comments?

A slightly related discussion could be found here (after googling):
http://www.roofing.com/forum/about99...0596c1376ffba3

Also our roofer used two layers of NailBase in some areas (corners, walls, etc.) instead of one base layer of Nailable Base (NailBase) then another layer of "Flintlastic SA Mid Ply"... just wondering whether the NailBase and Mid Ply are very different in terms of how the materials were made, etc. Thanks!
