Debris under my EPDM?

Hi,

My rubber roof was done on a Windy day, temp 46 in Boston.

The worst looking aspect is where the rubber meets the shingles on the higher slope. The shingles on the slope above were also done that day.
The main section of the roof doesn't have the same amount of trapped debris.

Do I have cause for complaint? The roofer wants to make me happy so what is reasonable?
