Coastal Metal Roof

I want to put a metal roof on a new build in the coastal florida area. I will have a contractor, but I would like an unbiased opinion on the best type of underlayment and a good quality metal roof that will last in high wind zone areas.
Does the roof that appears to have a standing seam in it perform better than any of the others? It's always easier to do it right the first time than to have to redo it a few years down the road!!
Thanks for any help

http://www.imetco.com/series300.htm

Highest engineered system out there IMO

As with all roofing, a quality installer is very important also.

Coastal Metal Roof

And why does someone think that this topic deserves a 5 star rating?

Before you post, their is a Star Thingie at the top bar.

This thread is unworthy of any rating, so I voted a 1 star, just to lower it from a 5 star at least.

Just another silly ranking thing. I don't see the need for any stinking badges.
