Cement Flat Roof

This is 1st post. My house has a 2 car garage with a flat cement roof on top of it. It can be used for a patio however we do not use it. When we bought the house it appeared to have epoxy paint(?) over top of it. Some areas of the cement are now chipping away and there has been some moisture and water leaking into the garage. I'm not sure what to do.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Epoxy of some kind may work, I don't know of any manufacturers that intend their epoxy coatings to be used as a roof. There are various manufacturers that have elastomeric waterproofing systems for cement decks.

You may want to pose this question to the concrete guys also. Am sure they know the best way to resurface a damaged slab.
