Bubbling paint from a leaking chimney
My house was built in the 1950's. The chimney had a leak which I fixed. But from the leak the paint that was on the chimney inside my living room is started to bubble/come off.
You can see the blocks from the chimney in the wall, however there is no sheetrock over the chimney/ no 2x4 wall at all. How can I fix the problem?
