Best Roof Patch

I have a flat roof house that gets a white roof coating every five years. As part of the prep I use a roof patch to repair problem areas, cracks, flashing etc.

Can anyone recommend a product that the white roof coating will actually adhere to? With most patching products the coating always starts to flake off within six months to a year.

Best Roof Patch

It's not the patching material that's the problem, it's the roof coating you are using or improper prep and application...or both.
