Average cost to Kool Coat a roof

I was just wondering what the going rate for kool coating a roof would be if materials were and were not supplied. lets include washing the roof and patching anything minor that may need patched with roof patch? Would it be best to go hourly or by the sq ft? I am trying to round up some work in my area to help out while I am laid off and I have 2 kids to support solely. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I know how to do the job, just don't really know how to bid the job. And a big Thank you in advance for your insight. Just to let everyone know.....I am located in Southern Arizona.

Please call local roofing contractors---there are to many variables to ever get pricing off the internet.

These posts never end well--and this one is closed.

Time (labor cost) + Materials + overhead + profit--

A failed roof job could cost thousands to make right--so add insurance to the overhead----If you need help---workmans comp insurance---
Roofers are licensed in most areas so get that first.

This is not a 'handy man' sort of endeavor.
