Attic truss space

Greetings! I'll be building my house this Spring and have been debating now whether to go 1 1/2 story with scissor truss or 1 story with attic truss. 1 story will no doubt be cheaper, but I'm wondering if I'll have enough space for what I need. Can anyone tell me how much space I can get with a 45 degree sloped attic truss, 4 ft kneewall on the interior, 32 ft wide house, in the loft which is 16' deep? Will I have enough room for a good sized bedroom and bath?

Thanx!
PV
