Attic Frost

Hi,
What precautions I should follow when I am working with Insulation in my Attic. It is yellow color, feels like small pieces of glass in the insulation. I don't know what stuff it is.
Any Advice?
Regards

Standard long sleeves, face mask, gloves, and maybe even a hard hat to protect you from roof nails.

And after you're done, make sure not to wash the clothes in your washing machine. Once contaminated, everything that's washed after will have fiberglass in it.
