Attic Frost
Make sure everything penetrating your ceilings are properly sealed such as
light fixtures, heating/ac duct work, ceiling fans/vents, etc.
Make sure you have proper intake "including unobstructed air flow" and exhaust vents.
Make sure all kitchen, bath and laundry room exhaust fans are being exhausted out of the home, not into the attic/crawl spaces.
Make sure you do not have a roof leak, either through the shingles, wall/valley flashing's, sky lights, gutters, etc.
Create a list of things to check and starting with the easiest/safest on the list for you to check your self and mark each item off as you go,
you'll either find the problem or get to the point in which you know you need to call in a contractor and let them look into it.
