lucy1 Newbie Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 1	add shed roof to gable roof I want to build a sunroom with a gable roof (6/12 pitch), approximately 12 by 17 feet. but add a a smaller shed roof screened in porch in front of it. Is there a rule of thumb as to depth of porch for a shed roof. All I read is that it is usually narrow. Is there a good site where I could see pictures like this. I have a one story house. Would it look goofy?
