I decided to bite the bullet and put a new roof on. Can anyone recommend a very professional and reputable company. It's a low pitch rolled roof and I prefer metal. I will need a completely new gutter system, some beams and plywood replaced in certain places, new skylights 2-4, new fascia and soffits. Also want to make sure the attic spaces are vented properly. House is about 90 ft by 50 one story with plenty of access all around.

Also is there anything else I should consider while it's being replaced like lighting, new vents, solar panels etc? I just want to prep myself so I don't get taken for a ride.

The type of metal roof you can use depends on the slope.

Control Roofing and Sheet Metal.

They used to be in Capitol Heights, but now they are in Linthicum. PM me and I will give you a contact.
