Master bath directly opposite side of house ceiling almost completely down. he didnt want to fix small water leak 5 yrs ago so shut off master bath just opened door 1st time since then. Realized leak from top worse than one from bottom. I am so screwed. mom in law will help pay to get roof fixed this week. Snow comin quick! I have windows with water dripping from frame? Thanks I just feel it I know I came to the right place for help and answers. I get that piture on here in the morning.

Welcome Tuesday----You will need to get on the phone and start calling local roofers---

The cost must be determined by an experienced roofer who has walked your roof.

If the place has had leaks for a while there will be some rotted wood under the tar paper.

Also local labor and insurance rates will affect the cost----So --ask a few friends if they know a roofer --look in the papers---and start making calls---this time of year is crazy busy for roofers--so be prepared for that.---Mike---

Some pictures would be helpful.
Why are there tar patches everywhere?
Metal roofs don't usually require spot patching that I know of.
