Will paint remover (Circa 1850) affect grout?

jason71 Newbie   Join Date: Jul 2012 Posts: 1	Will paint remover (Circa 1850) affect grout? I am installing tile outside on my concrete front step, but they had been painted. If I use a paint remover product such as Circa 1850, will that affect how the grout (with keralastic) bonds to the cement?

The solvent will soak into the concrete and prevent a good bond. We do not use grout as an adhesive. Grout is to fill the joints between the tiles.
