when to tape concrete board seams

When's the best time to tape/thinset the concrete board seams? I've got the concrete board down now, but won't tile for a few more weeks at the earliest. Does it need to dry fully before tiling? Or can I just do all the seems then immediately go into tiling?

If you seam as you go when installing the tile you won't have a bunch of hard dry humps to deal with. Wait.
