What tile saw should I buy?

I plan to tile my kitchen, two bathrooms, and entry way. I figure I should go ahead and buy a tile saw instead of renting one. I assume since I'll use it 4 or 5+ days, it'll be roughly the same price.

What tile saws do you guys recommend?

Any features that I should definitely get?

Any brands to stay away from?

There are the cheapys at big box. They are usually good enough for a small job or two. But if you are doing complex cuts, or really hard tile, avoid them. Doesn't seem practical to buy a saw for that much work, but a weeks rental probably makes it about even, and you still have a saw at the end if you buy it.
