Your structure must be strong enough for natural stone.

Check the span charts before even considering a natural stone.

Hi Marcony,

You didn't give us anything to work with. But, this perhaps being your first attempt at setting stone tiles and an Onyx no less, is a heckavaway to start.

What experience do you have? You'll need to answer Mike's question before you even consider going further. We can help with the span charts if your substrate is a suspended subfloor.

Jaz
