what is a carbide tipped knife to cut hardie board


On James Hardie board website it says to cut with a carbide tipped knife

I went to lowes and looked for one when I asked they said they have never heard of one

This is the kind I use for scoring HPL but I saw a program on TV where they were using this same scoring knife to score the backer board.
