What is the best way to drill holes in tile?

I am doing a bathroom and I bought some carbide hole saw bits from harbor freight, but they suck at cutting holes.

I also have some 1/4 inch holes for mounting towel racks, etc..

What is the best bit to use and where can I get them online?

You need a diamond tip drill bit available any hardware/ box stores. Keep the cut wet and the bit will last longer and help prevent cracking. Don't push hard just let the bit do the work
