water substitute additive to grout for permanent sealer

Just wondered if that product that replaces water in grout mixing really is a good alternative to traditional sealer?

They say you dont need to seal grout ever using that product. Good product or foo-foo juice???

Epoxy grout: comes in powdered form - you mix in water, there's an epoxy addative that is waterproof when set. No sealing necessary - ever.
