Unsanded grout

I unintentionally applied unsanded grout to a bath/shower wall with mainly 3/16th grout lines. There is also a section of mosaic tile with 1/16th lines, and some lines that fall between 1/8th and 3/16th. I worked it in real well, making sure it was not too wet. After a couple of days of drying it looks fine, and was planning on at least two coats of quality grout sealer. I was trying to avoid scraping it all out and replacing with sanded. thoughts? Thanks..
