underlayment on subfloor

I'm building a new house. When I put down the first layer of 3/4" T&G can I place a 1/2" cement backer board over the entire floor to get a total 1 1/8" subfloor before framing the walls? I plan to install tile throughout the house with the exception of the bed rooms which will be solid hardwood. Radiant heat will be installed below subfloor.

3/4" is the minimum, I would frame the walls and everything first, then if possible, add 1/2" plywood over the 3/4" then Ditra.

That 1 1/8" makes no sense to me.

And, if you plan on stone anywhere, another set of rules apply.
