Tub surround wonderboard question

Hi group my friend is a union drywall framer, he helped me with my tub surround in my condo.

I noticed the two edges from the sides to the center are not very straight. I'm sort of shocked as all the drywall he installed is perfect or close to perfect. I see he might of had issues cutting the wonderboard and or I see small bulge on the lower corner which has me worried.

My question is: should I get someone to replace the wonderboard so it is cut and screwed in straighter and cleaner or is this normal and the thinset takes care of the corners.

I'm wondering because I need to add redgard and it's quite expensive at 50.00 a gallon and don't want to use it if I have to replace the work.

See if you can post a picture----the bulge worries me--you need flat---

did he stop the board on top of the flange of did he cover it and cause a bulge?

The bulge is the lower corner the overlap not sure but I think a screw will push it down.

Tub surround wonderboard question

That looks awful to me! Are you missing any small pets?

How about more pics using a straight edge like a 4' level as a guide?

Tub surround wonderboard question

Hi can't take pics until the end of the week, he said the tile guy will fix the corner he said wonderboard is not a perfect material to cut and the corner would be filled with thinset.

I will say no one mentioned it last week when I had couple of guys come in to look.

the walls are 98% flat and straight
