Trailer Flooring

Hello!

I'm redoing a trailer home rental and need to replace the carpet with some stick down tile ( I know the cheap stick down tile dosen't last super long but since we are only renting and will never see our money back I want to keep it CHEAP! ) What I need to know is after I rip the carpet up if there is only plywood under it can I lay the tiles directly on the plywood? If I can not can some please tell me what I have to do first : ) and if possible what it would cost : )

Thank You!
