Tiles and thinset got wet before grouting

I set my tile and all went well. While I was waiting to apply the grout water leaked onto some of the tiles and thinset. The tiles had been in place about 10 hours when the leak happened. At first some of the tiles were "squishy" sounding when pressed and a little water came out at the edges. Now it mostly dry and tiles are firm when pulled on. Is it ok to go ahead with the grout, or must I wait until it's completely dry?

Those tiles shouldn't have been 'squishy and water cane out' after 10 hours----did you use a powdered thinset or a premixed adhesive?

How much water we talking about?..... Ended up on the floor. What did you place the tiles over? Backerboard, plywood, water proof mat?

This is the floor or wall?
