Can i use any size tile on a shower floor?

Because of the slip and slid issue most shower floors are done with 2" or less tiles. You will have more grout joints but that helps with traction:thumbsup: 3 is ok but getting any bigger make sure you have gooooood Grab Bars!!!!

Shap,
besides the slipping, depending on how your shower floor is sloped, smaller tiles fit the slopes better. It is common to have the floor slope from all four directions to the drain. Too big a tile will cause a problem where the changing slopes meet. Better off staying with 1-2" tiles.
