Tile edging over 1/4" cement board
So I have 1/4" cementboard in place surrounding my fireplace in preparation of putting sheets of glass tile on. The cementboard is on top of wood paneling. Question is, what are ideas for an edge on the vertical corners? I need to be able to hide the edges of both the cementboard and tile.

How about a picture to better see what you're doing?

There are no trim pieces for glass tiles and usually none needed. Are those vertical corners outside corners? They make metal and plastic trims that might work. Post a few pics,

The cement board was used to cover the cut out for the fireplace unit. Please excuse the newspaper, I am painting the metal trim around the fireplace.

Is this a gas or wood burning fireplace?
You are planning on installing the tile under that metal trim, right?

It is a gas burning unit. The metal trim will stay and was planning on tiling the entire surround where the backer board is. The tile would butt up to the existing metal trim and run to the edge of the backer.

Can you post a link to the module that you are using? What you are proposing won't work with most gas fireplaces as it would violate fire safety codes.

Too late now. This question should have been asked BEFORE you installed the wallboard and tile. Now all you can do is install a wood quarter-round or shoe-mold after cleaning up those ruff edges.
