What would a normal contracter charge for 174 square ft of tile in a bathroom. About 100 square feet is 4x4 tile on the wall and surrounding tub

depends on what their boat payment is.

get estimates locally, it will vary much by job, quality, materials, difficulity, location and a whole host of other factors I can;t think of this late.

I'm in minnesota. It shouldn't be to difficult. Just lookin for a rule of thumb. Labor per square foot

Labour rates, cost of living, material costs, company overheads, fuel costs, tool prices, etc etc all vary by location and that's before you even get in to any specifics of your job (state of walls, quality of tile, materials to be used, design/layout, etc etc. This is why "how much" questions are usually not encouraged on this forum ... Most reputable contractors will not price a job that they have not personally seen which is why you should call someone locally for an estimate.
