Take a look at my bathroom tiling and my fireplace

I have finally finished my bathroom tiling behind the sink.

Bud, can you believe it, I finally did it.

The powder room is so small that I can't take the pic from the front.....lol

I did remove the sink Bud, as you suggested. It did make it a whole lot easier.

I sued the decorative glass tile that I used in the bathroom for the fireplace. My home has a modern feel and the glass tiles look great on the previously bland white front.

Thanks to everyone with all your help.

I like the bath treatment--Good grout job, those mosaics can be a pain to grout neatly------------

--The fireplace could use a larger trim at the top to give it a more balanced feel-IMO--Mike--

Thanks Mike. Yes, you are right it could use more trim. The trim on it was the contractor's doing, when the house was built. The fireplace is part of the kitchen/great room area, which is modern in style.

I don't know how I would add more trim to it, and still make it look rather clean and modern? Any thoughts?

I love how you went above the mirror as well.
It all looks great! .......and I'm betting you feel it was well worth the time spent?
(or is that time spent HERE? lol)

Yes Danger, it was worth the time, and most definitely worth the time spending on this forum. I have learned so much here.

Thanks

Looks really good especially the sink and mirror combo and it didn't hardly take any time at all.

Thanks for taking a look Bud, and also for all your great help. You are the man......

I took the tiling all the way to the ceiling. My main reason for doing so was that behind the sink, it was really getting messy. I went for a spa feel/look. It is a small powder room. I couldn't even take a pic from the front.

I like working with mosiac. It was my first time. I did find that once I put it on, there was little movement that you could do. It is not perfect, but good enough for me.

I kind of like this tiling thing........
