Need help for raising level of tile for concrete slab.

I am remodeling a bathroom in my 23 year old condo. I am on the ground floor on a concrete slab. So far I have completely removed the old tile and thinset with a chipping hammer the concrete is nice and smooth. Toilet is removed as well with just the flange showing. The problem I used to have was that the toilet was pretty much sitting right on the flange and could rock back and forth a very slight amount (maybe 1/16” or 1/8”). So the flange is too high. My options are to lower the flange or raise the floor. Replacing the flange is too difficult for me.

Now the old floor was just ceramic tile on the concrete and had no cracks in it. The concrete also has no cracks or moisture issues. What are my options for raising the floor? Cement board, Ditra, just a thick layer of thinset + backbuttering? I’m not sure which is the best and cost effective solution. Thanks!

Also, I can get a measurement this evening of the exact height I need to gain.

Hmm. I took measurements and it looks like I am good already. Tile is 6/16" tall. Toilet flange area to bottom lip is 9/16". So total height is 15/16". The slab to top of flange is 12/16". That gives me 3/16" spare room not even including the thinset. Is that enough to not rock the toilet? Or should the wax ring not be squished this much?

Do you have any gaps along the bottom of the toilet?
Say you run a block of wood along the serface of tiles will the block hit one another?

A toilet that rocks usually means the Johnny bolt aren't tight or flange is loose,
Is the flange above the tile or flush with the tile,
Did you butter the backs of the tiles?

The new tile is not installed yet. But when it is installed, the flange will be above the level of the tile and the measurements are very close so it may or may not rock after installation. I'm trying to fix a potential issue before tiling and installing the toilet.

Ok well then just make shore your tile is sitting flat especially around the flange area you should be fine make shore your floor is level as well.
