Need help

I have porcelain tile on my bathroom floor. My walls are bead board, sealed with poly??? I have 3x12 bull nose tiles that I want to use for the baseboard. Do I put a spacer between the floor and the baseboard tile so I can grout in there also and do I put adhesive on both the tile and the wall? thanks in advance.

Yes about 1/8" but DON'T grout that gap - CAULK IT.

Just the tile will be fine.

Yes, leave a small gap about 1/8" and CAULK not grout it. Some manufacturers make a caulk to match grout color.

also and do I put adhesive on both the tile and the wall?
I'd spread thinset on the tile. Trying to spread thinset on the wall will get it on more than you want it to be on
