Main Door Entrance

I'm going to lay ceramic tile on the main entrance floor. It has a plywood floor underneath the old vinyl tile. The space is about six feet wide x three feet wide. Is it okay to lay the wire, on top of the plywood, or should I use a different product. The tile's are 12"x12"

Welcome----I don't know what wire you speak of----If you are talking about expanded metal plaster lath---skip that--and go to a 1/4" cement backer board like Wonder Board or Durrock set into a bed of fresh thinset and nailed with roofing nails----much safer method---tell us more about the project---Mike----
