laying tiles

Hi I am tiling my bathroom floor and the tiles along the tub is going to be an inch high next to the tub. There is no other way so I am wondering if there is a caulk that will adhere to the tiles and tub, seeing there would be expansion and contraction of both tiles and tub. Can I place vinyl over sheet rock

laying tiles

...have no idea what you are talking about!

How about you try again and be a little more discriptive about your situation and intentions?
