How do you install this metal edge on the wall?

I am getting ready to install some stainless steel coated mini subway tiles in a bathroom. Since they are ceramic tiles coated with a steel layer to give them the metal look, when you cut them, from the side you can see the layers.

So I read that you should buy this metal edging - http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...96&R=100204296

How do you install this on the wall? Just liquid nail it to the wall first? I just don't want the liquid nail adhesive to goop through the slots, making it hard to install the tile over it. Any suggestions? It needs to be nice and flush against the wall with no protrusions that would raise the tile out.

Edit - I guess you just set it on the wall right in the mastic with the tile on top.

You're not gonna use "mastic" are you? Is any of this in a wet area?

Its going to be used on the wall area above a vessel sink. It will not be exposed to any water. There is a pool bath shower in this same bathroom. I was planning on tiling right on to the drywall using this- http://www.homedepot.com/Flooring-Fl...atalogId=10053

I'm eager to hear any advice.

Thanks!
