How can I get dried thinset off my new bathroom floor !

I missed more than a few spots while tiling the walls too The floor tiles won't take muck hard scraping, is here a solution I can use to soften or break down the thinset?
Thanks

White vinegar for one, there are many.

Why can't it be scraped? That would be very unusual!
