How to attach chair rail tile with hollow back?

We picked out wall tile, 6x6" ceramic, with coordinating chair rail tile. We are applying this with mastic, its a dry powder room, no bath, shower, etc.. so not to concerned about water.

the wall chair rail tile we picked though is hollow behind, it only has contact points on the top and bottom of the tile.

What is the best way to affix this to the way? It is 8" wide tile, and 2 1/2" high I think it was or maybe 3" high. 1/4" thick.

Also after it's up, should you caulk around the top even though it's a dry room?

thanks!
