They cause cancer and you do not want to breath in grout sealer mist. Use a brush type applicator and start from the top and work your way down. So - I've found that those bottles with a roll-on sponge top work great. You fill the bottle and when you put pressure on the tip it releases it onto the roller - roll roll roll - tada.
