help with tiles
I was really ready to tile today. So I mixed the thin set and started tiling. I didn't read the bag when it said to wait 5-10 mins before tiling. So question is did I really mess up or will the tiles wind up ok?

help with tiles
you need to wait for the thinset to "slake" This allows the chemicals to react and strengthen the mix. I would suggest removing the tiles you just set and start over correctly.
