Grout vs Caulk for wall to floor intersection?

Hello,

I finished tiling floor in my bathroom and ready to start tiling walls.
Can someone with tiling experience suggest the best way to seal a gap where wall tiles meet floor tiles in my bathroom? Using grout or using caulk?
And how big the gap between floor tiles and wall tiles should be?
I am using 6x6 tiles for the floor and 6x6 tiles for the wall.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Opposing angles will never hold grout for long, different expansion rates, directions. Use a caulk the remains flexible.
