Grout/tile Sealer still tacky.

HELP PLEASE!! I just used 7 year old grout sealer on my newly installed bathroom and hallway tile. It is not drying, been 3 days. Do I need to strip it off? Or is there a way I can put another coat on of new grout sealer?

Sealer is not intended to go on the tile itself--only the grout--

Strip it off---start over--do not apply the sealer to the tile---
