Glass tiles chipping....please help

I am installing 3 x 6 glass tiles for my backsplash but I am having cutting them. My wet saw with continous diamond blade chips the edges. Tried a glass cutter but its hard to get the tiles to snap clean( tiles 1/4" thick). Please help.

You may need a glass blade for that saw----Ramondi makes a good one--Is that an overhead saw or an under the table saw?

Is the blade perfectly aligned with the fence--or sliding table in perfect alignment with the blade?

That will cause chipping,too.
