Flush Transition Marble--> Wood

New User here and looking for solid advice as I am being told many things from various installers. Home is new construction, subfloor current is 3/4" OSB. Joist Material- Don't know, Joist height is 14", Width is 2", Joist spacing OC is 19' 2", lengths are 16' or 14' 2", depending on location in home. Purchased some 3/4" wood floors which we would like to flush transition into marble/ honey onyx (3/8" thick).

Installer # 1 states to use Blake Permat , but not sure how we feel about the reviews on this product. This installer is highly recommended.

Installer # 2, states use straight unmodified thin set, Steel Mesh and then lay the marble on top. He would be installing the hardwood for us and is also well reviewed.

Installer # 3 states to build up the entire floor 1/2" which I don't mind doing, just need to address the top of the stairs as it is currently prepped for 3/4" hard wood only.

Any advice from the experts here?
